The Images of Research are not to be missed! The collection tours venues in the West of Scotland following their launch during Engage with Strathclyde.  You can view images from previous years in the online galleries; links in the gallery menu.

With the exhibition unable to tour during the pandemic, we are excited to get back on the road showcasing Strathclyde's impactful research at the following exhibitions:

 

Glasgow Science Centre, COP26 Green Zone

1st to 12th November 2021

 

Another opportunity to see some of Strathclyde’s research informing action and endeavouring to tackle climate change. This small exhibition will be hosted throughout COP26 on the UK Universities Network stand on the upper level of the Science Centre.

 

 

Technology and Innovation Centre

8th October to 12th November 2021

 
As part of the University’s series of events for COP26, the Climate innovation and impact exhibition showcases a sample of our researchers’ work that aims to enable the world to adapt and advance in response to our changing climate. From optimising renewable energy to protecting our oceans and wildlife, find out how Strathclyde research is making a difference.

Celebrating 10 years of Images of research, the Innovation and impact exhibition highlights Strathclyde's endeavours to address today’s global challenges. Comprising some of our researchers’ most compelling entries, the exhibition spans a number of themes including: Innovation for the global good, Progress through partnership, and Safeguarding today, securing tomorrow.

Forging sustainable futures, showcases the University’s contribution to achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Set across four categories: Empowering people, Protecting our planet, Prosperous world and Beneficial partnerships, this compelling exhibition demonstrates research that aims to build resilience and achieve balance; economically, societally and environmentally.

This permanent installation on the Clyde walkway provides a sample of the images from the current exhibition, Forging sustainable futures. The exhibition will be refreshed in July/August 2022.
